He quickly made a name for himself, and eventually prepared a private dinner for U.S. President-elect Joe Biden while he was Vice President. Chef Harper started cooking over 25 yrs ago. He has been the head chef and consultant for places around Atlanta. Like Suite Lounge, BQE, Roc South. And is now Part Owner & Head Chef of Toast On Lennox. Which is Atlanta Top Brunch spot catering to elevated soul food!
