In this episode of Afros & Audio’s #blackhistorymonth Interview Series, Talib Jasir talks with Lloyd George, host and producer of the Cre8tor Hub podcast which has been featured in Apple’s New & Noteworthy. Lloyd started the podcast to provide competitive insight that carries implications on rate sheets, branding and exposure into the creator economy at large and for aspiring Content Creators who want to take their business to the next level.

Lloyd is also a Podcast Manager, TikTok’er and Creator Economy nerd and his company Cre8tor Hub helps content creators start, manage, and grow their podcast. Since January 2022, he’s accumulated over 1.5 million views and has continued building a community of aspiring podcasters through tips, giveaways, and resourceful content for beginners.

He believes the podcast community is an essential part of the creator economy and has met some amazing people along the way, expanding his own personal network. Lloyd encourages podcast creatives to recognize that podcasting is a marathon and a beautiful journey. “Be patient enough to let the process work and be present enough to enjoy the process.”
