Stephanie Shaw is the host of Hello, Hot Flash podcast, a women’s wellness show inspired by her own health scare experiences. She is currently living in alignment with her life goals to share strategies she implemented to recover from a two-year illness. Stephanie is also a nutrition coach and founder of an online education business, Stephanie Lynne Shaw, where she teaches mid-life women how to manage their hormones, health and wellness.

Stephane’s podcast gives her the ability to have vulnerable conversations with complete strangers and the opportunity to network with highly capable medical professionals that she can refer to family and friends. Through her work as a nutritionist, lifestyle coach, and podcaster, she has increased and deepened her connections with listeners and clients which has brought her tremendous joy.
