A new USA TODAY/Ipsos Poll looking at how people plan to shop this holiday season revealed a startling insight: most Americans will only buy this weekend if they can grab a sure-fire deal, with millennials preferring Cyber Monday over Black Friday. We spoke with current and former retail store employees and the consensus is this: you can still score doorbuster deals without the chaos of the holiday crowds.
