Sunderland fans have mixed feelings about Josh Maja’s departure to Bordeaux.
The Black Cats’ top scorer left on Saturday, joining Ligue 1 side Bordeaux on a four-on-a-half year deal, with Sunderland receiving £3.5m overall.

Meanwhile, more important for Sunderland now is replacing him. The Black Cats have until 11pm on Thursday (January 31) to bring in players and manager Jack Ross would now like two strikers before the transfer window closes.
