Latesha: Maybe you don’t have a great relationship with your boss. Maybe you don’t have a great relationship with your coworker. This is the perfect time, just given that everyone is back from holiday break, people are feeling refreshed, you know, in good spirits, you know, hopefully energized and, you know, all of that. So use this to your advantage, and I want you all to really think about the temperature of your relationships or rate your relationships on a scale from one to ten. You know, what is the strength of that relationship? Think about that. We cannot get ahead at work on the quality of our work alone. I wish that were the case.
