Peabody Award Nominations For TV & Digital Media Unveiled; Ronan Farrow To Host Trophy Show
The Peabody Awards on Tuesday revealed its winners in the News and Radio/Podcast categories, rounding out the organization’s honors for 2018’s most powerful, enlightening and invigorating stories in TV, radio and digital media. Winners of the 78th annual awards will be honored May 18 during a ceremony at Cipriani Wall Street in New York.
The Peabodys previously revealed its 2018 winners in the Documentary and Entertainment/Children’s & Youth categories.
The organization today also said ProPublica will receive the inaugural Peabody Catalyst Award. The independent investigative journalism group is being recognized for its story that brought change to a controversial government practice of family separation at the border.
