The entrepreneurial spirit isn’t only limited to running your own business. We chat with LilyDoxy – a Business Marketing Manager at Verizon who – through her work- gets to help startups and entrepreneurs succeed.
After obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree from Howard University, she started her career at Verizon and has been there for 11 years. In 2017, she started “From the Ground Up” – a series to meet small business owners and give them a platform to share their stories. Outside of her work at Verizon, Lily runs the Eve Brand and specializes in assisting businesses learn how to secure sponsorships and funding.
Lily opens up about her #dreamdriving journey, the many lessons she has learned building her corporate career, how she became a sponsorships and events pro, and tips/strategies you can use to secure more funding for your own ventures.
