We chat with Tracey Buescher – Founder and President of nuyu clothing line – a company she launched in 2015 after finding that the  most collegiate affinity wear items were designed with men in mind. The industry fashion vet – whose past gigs include sales , design and manufacturing at top brands Jacadi, Calvin Klein Jeans, and Tahari – launched nuyu to create clothes designed specifically for the fun and fashionable woman.

Over the last two years – the nuyu clothing line has grown to include more than 35 items featuring logos of more than 30 different colleges nationwide. Tracy shares how she was able to identify a gap in the market and create a must-have product for a specific, identifiable niche audience.
