First up we have Jen From BK, who is not only the social media manager of Hot 97, but also the curator and host of their ‘Ladies First’ show that’s all about the empowerment of women. After sharing with us some of her struggles of climbing up in the music industry, Wize hops on the microphone to tell us about the Indie Creative Network, and how he’s giving back to his community. The episode takes a deeper turn this week, as we discuss mental health, and dealing with intense anxiety, depression, and our low points.
