Usually on Straight Up Hollywood, we pair our podcasts with booze.

But the morning after the Emmys it was black coffee and breakfast sandwiches only, as we rehashed the best and craziest moments of TV’s biggest night.

USA TODAY West Coast entertainment editor Andrea Mandell (@AndreaMandell) and entertainment reporter Carly Mallenbaum (@ThatGirlCarly) get real about the red carpet (oddly enough, this involves Princess Bride trivia), the worst thing we saw in the auditorium (ugh, what the Emmys did to Sterling K. Brown) and which stars asked each other for photos during commercial breaks.
